Studio Coordinator, Creative Strategy (New York, Full-time)
The Creative Strategy team harnesses the collective power of creative, social, tech and strategic marketing to produce electric, infectious and award-winning content and design. As we expand our client base and scope of work, we are seeking an experienced Studio Coordinator to ensure the seamless running of our team’s resources, production and workflow processes.

Requirements
  Prior experience of managing studio resources (at least a year)
  Superb organisation and project management skills
  Knowledge of production processes and how various teams in an agency work
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Meticulous attention to detail
  Team oriented attitude and strong work ethic

What we expect
  Taking receipt of all incoming design brief forms, scoping the resource required and allocating jobs
  Managing the resource calendar with shifting needs and deadlines
  Managing the artwork process in conjunction with the production team; this includes but is not limited to sending artwork to printers and reviewing proofs.
  Ensuring all financial administration is up to date; keeping a record of confirmed revenue and liaising with the finance department to set up purchase orders, project numbers etc.

Production Assistant (New York, Full-time)
We are looking for a Production Assistant who will provide overall administrative support for the Look Development department which encompasses concept design and assets.

Requirements
  Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Art, Film or related filed preferred
  1 to 2 years of experience in Production minimum, preferably in Animation
  Excellent administrative and note taking skills, including word processing, strong working knowledge of Word, Photoshop, Excel and Outlook

What we expect
  Provide production support to the Look Development team - Art Director, Digital Asset Supervisor, Production Coordinator, and Concept Designers
  Assist in populating internal tracking system with dailies and kickoff notes, reference images, and other pertinent data
  Take and deliver design dailies notes for the in house Concept Design team. Take and deliver asset dailies notes for the overseas vendors
  Assist with uploads and downloads of media
  Prepare routine correspondence and forms. Packages, ships, and tracks electronic files and deliverables as necessary
  Publish matte paintings and screen displays within the internal database
  Assist in reviewing and preparing artwork to “standard operation procedure” specifications in advance of design deliveries
  Assist in the organization and tracking of concept design, asset bids, as well as publishes. Deliver asset publish notes to the overseas studios
  Maintain original art filings, design boards, character documents, and binders

What you've got
  Capability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality
  Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and follow up/follow through skills required
  Experience or interest in the areas of design and assets
  Ability to multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure, fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
